- Please arrive at least 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment to take care of any paperwork, forms and/ or payment. New patients, please allow 20 – 25 minutes.
- If you are scheduled for osteopathic manipulative treatment, please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. We ask that you help us to extend the life of the treating surfaces of the manipulation tables in the treatment rooms. Therefore, to avoid rips or scratches in the surfaces or dirt, please remove any belts, cell phones, and any objects in your pockets, Also , please remove your boots or shoes.
- We are a general medical practice catering to adult (over 18) patients. We are not equipped nor staffed to engage or supervise small children, especially those that might need behavioral care. In order to avoid interruptions or concentration in areas of your own treatment, we ask that you make arrangements for the care of your children prior to your office visit with us.
- If you do not keep your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for a $45.00 “no show” charge. This will not be billed to your insurance and must be paid by you by the next office visit. To avoid this charge, and inconvenience to our other patients, please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation.
